About Us

Each of the products we produce are hand-crafted with love, using the finest materials. Our comprehensive range consists of multiple sizes and styles of hair bows, available on clips or mounted onto soft headbands. 

Due to the fact that our bespoke hair bows are handmade to order, size and finish may vary slightly between products. Also, please allow between 10-14 days between receipt of payment and date of dispatch. 

Each order from our range is carefully packaged and sent via first-class post, with proof of postage. Delivery within the UK can take up to a further 1-2 days, or up to 4 weeks for overseas orders. Once the orders have been dispatched, they are out of our hands and are placed in the care of Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of orders once they have left our possession. Orders will be delivered to the address given upon checkout, unless otherwise specified.
